The white Persian is one of the most striking of all Persian colour varieties. A truly solid white coat with no shading tipping or pattern requires careful selective breeding and is considered the purest expression of the breed’s silky long-haired coat.
White Persians can carry blue eyes copper eyes or one of each (known as odd-eyed). Blue-eyed white Persians are among the most sought-after though hearing screening is important in this combination. Our breeding programme prioritises both health and correct type.

Eye Colour Variation
White Persians may have deep copper eyes vivid blue eyes or one of each. Each combination gives a distinct look, and all are correct to the breed standard.

Like all Persians the white variety is calm quiet, and forms strong bonds with their family. They are not demanding cats but they do love company and a predictable routine.
Coat Care
The white coat shows dirt more readily than darker varieties so daily brushing and occasional bathing is part of life with a white Persian. Their eye area also needs regular gentle cleaning.

Deafness can be associated with the white coat gene in cats particularly in blue-eyed whites. Not all blue-eyed white Persians are deaf, many have completely normal hearing. We health-check all our kittens before placement and will always be upfront about any hearing status.
Daily brushing is essential to prevent matting. The white coat also shows staining around the eyes and mouth more than darker colours so regular gentle cleaning of the face is part of the daily routine. We provide grooming guidance with every kitten.
